Arogya Bakes is founded by a doctor with a passion for nutrition-led food. Every recipe is carefully formulated to combine traditional Indian flavours with the goodness of millets and natural ingredients. We use no maida (refined flour) in most products and prioritise natural sweeteners like jaggery and palm jaggery over refined sugar.

Most of our products are 100% maida-free, using millet flours (ragi, jowar, kambu, etc.) as the base. Each product page clearly lists all ingredients so you can verify. Some celebration cakes may use a small percentage of whole wheat flour, which is always clearly mentioned.

We primarily use jaggery (vellam), palm jaggery (karuppatti), and panankarkandu as natural sweeteners. Many products are available in multiple sweetener options so you can choose your preference. We avoid refined white sugar in all our products.

Currently, we deliver across Tamil Nadu. For perishable items like cakes and mousse cups, delivery is limited to select cities. Non-perishable items like cookies, flours, and laddus can be shipped pan-Tamil Nadu. We're working on expanding to other states soon!

Our products are made with millets, which are whole grains known for their complex carbohydrate content and higher fibre. However, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider for personalised dietary advice. Our products support a mindful lifestyle but are not intended to treat or cure any medical condition.

Each product has specific storage instructions on its packaging and product page. In general, baked goods like cookies should be stored in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Cakes and mousse cups need refrigeration. Flours and mixes should be kept in airtight containers away from moisture.

Yes! We offer custom millet cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. You can fill out our custom cake enquiry form or reach out to us on WhatsApp with your requirements. We need at least 48 hours advance notice for custom orders.

Absolutely! Our cookies, laddus, and ghee make wonderful return gifts. We offer special pricing for bulk orders and can customise packaging for your event. Please use our bulk order enquiry form or contact us on WhatsApp for details.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is important to us.

All our products are vegetarian. Many products are also eggless — this is clearly marked on each product page. If you need an eggless option for cakes, you can select the "Eggless" variant during ordering.
