- Pan-Tamil Nadu Express (2–4 Days): Applicable to dry millet cookies, sprouted health flours, roasted snacks, millet laddus, and pure cow ghee.
- Pan-India Shipping (3–6 Days): Applicable to shelf-stable dry millet products, sprouted flours, and organic ghee shipped to all major postal pincodes across India.
2. Delivery Timelines Matrix
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are queued for preparation on the same business day.

5. Real-Time Dispatch Tracking
As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp message containing your live tracking link and AWB (Airway Bill) number. You can track your package status directly from your account or via the link provided.
6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your complete delivery address, landmark, and active 10-digit mobile number are entered accurately at checkout. Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
7. Self-Pickup Option
Local customers can opt for self-pickup from our bakery unit by prior appointment. Select "Self Pickup" during checkout or contact us on WhatsApp right after placing your order to schedule a convenient pickup window.
