Welcome to Arogya Bakes & Foods (accessible at arogyabakes.com). By browsing our website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Arogya Bakes & Foods (FSSAI Lic. No. 84691264622).

2. Products, Ingredients & Pricing

All our baked goods, sprouted millet flours, laddus, and pure cow ghee are crafted using natural, high-grade ingredients. Product descriptions, nutrition charts, and ingredient lists are presented with utmost accuracy.

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Handcrafted Variation: Because our goods are freshly handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur. Product imagery is representative.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email or WhatsApp notification does not signify final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities in cases of ingredient unavailability, delivery zone constraints, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms & Gateway Security

Full payment must be made at the time of placing online orders via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, Wallets) or selected COD options. In the event of a payment deduction failure where funds leave your account, Razorpay will automatically credit the amount back to your source bank account within 3–5 business days.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All trademarks, logos, domain names, photographs, recipes, graphics, and written copy on arogyabakes.com are the exclusive property of Arogya Bakes & Foods. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Arogya Bakes & Foods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product usage, shipping delays caused by natural events or courier disruptions, or improper customer storage of perishable goods after delivery.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactions executed hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
