Who we are

Arogya Bakes & Foods (1/7/200, Vaigai Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu - 623701) runs Arogya Academy. This page explains what personal information we collect through the Academy, why, and who sees it. It complements our store Privacy Policy.

What we collect

• Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture, as shared by your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Your WhatsApp / mobile number, which you give us at checkout so we can add you to course support groups and help with your order.
• Order and payment records: the course, amount, coupon used, payment and refund status, and Razorpay payment IDs. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay only; we never see or store them.
• Learning activity: which lessons you watched and finished, your position in a video, and private notes you write.
• Technical data: IP address and device/browser information in security logs, used to prevent fraud and abuse.
• With your permission only: analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) and the campaign link (UTM) you arrived from.

Why we use it

• To sign you in, take your payment, unlock your course and send your receipt and invoice.
• To send messages about your order and account (confirmation, payment failed, refund).
• To send you one reminder if you start checkout and do not finish. You can unsubscribe in one click from that email.
• To keep courses secure: your email address, the date and the time appear as a moving watermark on videos, and PDFs you download are marked with your name and email. Each account can be used on up to 2 devices.
• To understand which pages and ads work, if you accept analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the Academy: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (secure database and file storage), Resend (email), our video hosting provider, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google and Meta. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and learning data while you have an account with us. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to arogyabakesandfoods@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88258 15232. Some records (such as invoices) must be kept by law; we will tell you if that applies.
