1. Who we are

Arogya Academy is the online learning section of Arogya Bakes & Foods, run from 1/7/200, Vaigai Nagar, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu - 623701. These terms apply when you browse, buy or use any recorded course on this website. By buying a course you agree to them.

2. What you are buying

Each course is a set of pre-recorded video lessons with downloadable PDF material, taught by Dr. N. Sabari Girija. Nothing is live and there is no certificate of any regulated qualification: the optional certificate of completion is issued by Arogya Bakes & Foods only.

Lifetime access means you can watch the course for as long as it is offered on Arogya Academy, on the account you bought it with. Courses may be improved or updated over time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR). The amount you pay is calculated on our server when you press Pay, including any launch price or valid coupon; the price shown on the page is a display of that calculation. Offers and launch prices can end without notice.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card or bank details. Your course unlocks only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.

If GST applies to your purchase it is included in the price and shown on your invoice, which is emailed to you and available under My courses → Orders & invoices.

4. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Access belongs to that one account. You are responsible for keeping it secure. If you bought with a different Google account than the one you sign in with, contact us and we will move your course.

5. How you may use the course

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch the lessons and use the PDFs for your own learning and for baking and selling the products you make from the recipes.

• Do not share your login, or let others watch on your account.
• Do not record, copy, download, re-upload, sell or share the videos or PDFs, or any part of them.
• Downloaded PDFs are marked with your name and email, and videos show your email address with the current date and time as a moving watermark, so leaked copies can be traced.
• We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

6. Food safety and health

The recipes are for general baking education. They are not medical advice. If you sell food you are responsible for meeting the food-safety, licensing (for example FSSAI) and labelling rules that apply to you.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
